Supima And Texworld USA Partner In January

In July 2010, Supima partnered with Texworld USA to bring the standalone Supima Premium Fabric Show known as PREFAB into the Texworld USA show.

The partnership between Supima and Texworld USA is well suited to benefit both organizations by working together to feature the newest and best fabric developments to be used and included in the next, and upcoming, seasons’ fashion trends.

As with Lenzing, Supima hosts a unique area within the Texworld USA show. The Supima area is located in a central location within the larger Texworld USA show, that serves to highlight Supima. There will be a Supima lounge available for all show attendees to relax and mingle with Supima staff and Supima licensed exhibitors. Supima licensed exhibitors will also have their booths located next to the Supima lounge so that the show attendees will be able to discuss their fabric collections directly with the manufacturers.

During the show, Supima and Lenzing will also be sponsoring a presentation by renowned fashion forecaster and analyst Mr. David Wolfe, one of the Doneger Group’s Creative Directors. The presentation by Mr. Wolfe is scheduled for 11 am on January 19, 2011 and is entitled “Fact or Fancy?”. Mr. Wolfe will be separating reality from fantasy, commerce from art, innovation from tradition and consumer apparel from editorial excess while defining what matters from Spring 2012: the colors, the materials and the designs. The presentation is open to all trade based show attendees and does not require a reservation. However, it is recommended that those attendees that want to ensure a seat for the presentation arrive early.
