Look who’s coming to the Supima store: AG ADRIANO GOLDSCHMIED!
By CeCe Shelburne
NEW YORK — It took a collaboration between two legends in the denim business to get this label going.
Back in 2000, denim design guru Adriano Goldschmied co-founded this line with Yul Ku of California-based Koos Manufacturing.
A second-generation jeans maker, who’d already been in the business for decades (working with legendary lines like Calvin Klein Jeans, Gap, and Lucky Brand), Ku was obsessed with jeans construction and denim quality and wanted a partnership with someone who felt the same way.
Which is why this brand uses Supima.
Check out the AG jeans website and you’ll see how this brand draws on vintage denim as its inspiration, plus a start-to-finish video on how the jeans are made.
Check out the Supima store when it opens here on March 14 and you’ll see an AG Adriano Goldschmied style you won’t see anyplace else.
